Thank you for shopping with Your Crazy Uncles'. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As we use a print-on-demand service, our policy is designed to reflect the processes of our production partner. 

Our Policy - the basics

We can only offer a refund or replacement in the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for issues such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

  • Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at wcassar@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund. There is no need to return the defective item.

  • Wrong size or buyer's remorse: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues. Please review the sizing chart provided in each product description before making a purchase.

  • Lost in transit: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us. In some cases, we may be able to offer a partial refund or assist in placing a new order. 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To initiate a claim for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to wcassar@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

  2. In the body of the email, explain the problem and attach clear photos of the issue.

  3. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
