Thank you for shopping with Your Crazy Uncles'. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As we use a print-on-demand service, our policy is designed to reflect the processes of our production partner.
Our Policy - the basics
We can only offer a refund or replacement in the event of a damaged product or a manufacturing error. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for issues such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at wcassar@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. You must include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. Once we verify the issue, we will offer you a free replacement or a full refund. There is no need to return the defective item.

Wrong size or buyer's remorse: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sizing issues. Please review the sizing chart provided in each product description before making a purchase.

Lost in transit: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us. In some cases, we may be able to offer a partial refund or assist in placing a new order.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a claim for a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
